Pelle the Cat has always been teased for not having a tail, but he has remained kind-hearted. Especially now when it concerns a scary adventure in a strange city. It's kindness that counts, not the length of your tail.
From memory: Nicely animated Swedish film for children is agreeable entertainment for the little ones with a lovable cat as hero of the story.
