Tarzan the Ape Man (1981)

While on an African expedition with her father, Jane Parker meets Tarzan, and the two become fascinated by each other.

From memory: Abysmally awful Tarzan movie abusing the classic adventure novel as an excuse to expose Bo Derek in various stages of undress to the degree that you never want to see her ever again.

Halliwell (no star): "Tedium in the jungle: Derek simpers and prepares herself for wet T-shirt competitions, Harris rants roars, O'Keefe looks confused, and the result is certainly the worst of the Tarzan movies and possibly the most banal film so far made; even the animals give poor performances."

Maltin BOMB: "Deranged "remake" of original Tarzan film lacks action,, humor, and charm - and nearly forced editors of this book to devise a rating lower than BOMB."
