The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus (2009)
A traveling theater company gives its audience much more than they were expecting.
A fantasy with some spectacular visuals and an adequate star cast, but the coherence of the story is often shattered into bits which makes it difficult to follow and creates tedium.

Coffin Rock (2009)
A woman unable to conceive a child with her husband, despite 15 months
of trying, makes the drunken mistake of sleeping with a young stranger.
The cast is good, but overall this is a standard psycho-thriller about a woman harassed by a psychopath.
